Commitment to these Terms is a prerequisite for booking or using our Service. If these terms are not acceptable to you, you are not authorized to use the Service.
2. Service Overview
At NeutralServiceHub, we offer upscale yacht charter services, including but not limited to:
- Yacht rentals for the day
- Evening voyages at sunset
- Company retreats
- Events for private gatherings
- Long-term charter experiences
Accessibility of services and weather can influence offerings. We may alter or suspend services at our discretion without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
Reservation requirements for a charter include:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Provision of valid and comprehensive information
- Advance payment as detailed in the booking confirmation
- Understanding and accepting these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A booking becomes official only when payment has been made and we have provided confirmation in writing. The right to refuse service is at our sole discretion.
3.3 Availability
Charters are offered based on the availability of the vessel and suitable weather conditions. We endeavour to accommodate your booking preferences whenever possible.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All quoted prices are in € and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Note that prices are subject to change without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the overall charter fee is required at the time of booking
- Remaining fee: Due 48 hours before the charter sets sail
- Extra charges (if any): Payable after the charter concludes
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. Our secure, encrypted systems handle payment processing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If cancelled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Complete refund minus transaction fees
- Cancellation between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% is refunded
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should our captain determine weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to:
- Reschedule the charter at no added cost to the next convenient date
- Refund the total amount if rescheduling proves impossible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
In case of mechanical failure with the designated vessel, we will try to offer an appropriate substitute. If we cannot provide a replacement, we will issue a complete refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
Passengers must adhere to the following:
- Observe all directions given by the crew
- Use safety gear as indicated
- Disclose any medical conditions that could impact their safety
- Stay within the vessel's designated areas
6.2 Prohibited Items
Items forbidden on the vessel include but are not limited to:
- Containers made from glass
- Illegal substances
- Weapons of any kind
- Intoxicants beyond what is reasonably consumed
- Animals, with the exception of pre-approved circumstances
6.3 Conduct
All passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Charters may be ended prematurely, without refund, if the conduct of any passenger threatens safety or detracts from the enjoyment of others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Liability on our part is capped at the amount paid for the charter. We're not accountable for:
- Injuries to individuals brought about by their own neglect
- The loss of or damage to personal possessions
- Incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Delays resulting from weather or other circumstances outside our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Adequate marine insurance is maintained for our vessels and operations. Passengers need to arrange their own travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By taking part in our charter services, you concede that there are inherent risks in marine activities and agree to take responsibility for your personal safety and well-being.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to amend schedules, routes, or itineraries for reasons such as weather, safety, or operational demands. We will endeavor to provide alternatives of comparable value where possible.
9. Force Majeure
Our company is not answerable for disruptions, postponements, or changes brought on by forces beyond our control, which can consist of:
- Extreme weather circumstances
- Acts of nature
- Regulatory acts by authorities
- Shutdowns of ports
- Vessel malfunctions
10. Privacy and Data Protection
The handling of your personal details is in line with our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our services implies your acceptance of data collection and use as outlined in said policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials on our website, which include but are not limited to text, graphics, and images, are safeguarded by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is not permitted without our direct consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms come under the jurisdiction of the laws within Monaco. Legal matters are settled in courts located within Monaco, Monaco.
